Spot and futures levels are calculated using rolling 30-day valid trading volume. If different conditions qualify for different VIP levels, the user receives the benefits of the highest level.

Glossary

Maker: An order submitted at a specified price that does not execute immediately and instead enters the order book to await another user. Once filled, it is charged at the Maker rate.

Taker: An order that executes immediately against an existing order in the order book. Once filled, it is charged at the Taker rate.

30-day spot trading volume: Valid spot turnover generated over the past 30 days and converted to USDT for calculation. It may be used as one condition for determining VIP level.

30-day futures trading volume: Valid futures turnover generated over the past 30 days and converted to USDT for calculation. It may be used as one condition for determining VIP level.

Spot trading fee: The fee rate paid for spot trades. Different VIP levels receive different spot fee discounts.

Futures trading fee: The fee rate paid for futures trades, generally divided into Maker and Taker rates.

Withdrawal benefits: Withdrawal-related benefits for different VIP levels, including fee discounts, higher limits, or customized benefits. The actual fee is the amount shown when the user submits a withdrawal.

VIP upgrade details

Level determination: The platform determines the user's eligible VIP level based on conditions such as 30-day spot volume and 30-day futures volume.

Upgrade by meeting any condition: If different conditions qualify for different VIP levels, the user receives the benefits of the highest level.

Highest qualifying level: If a user meets conditions for multiple levels, the system calculates the user's VIP level using the highest level reached.

Level update time: VIP levels update automatically on a UTC-based cycle. Corresponding rates and benefits take effect according to platform rules after the update.

Exception handling: If a user engages in abnormal trading, violates rules, or triggers risk controls, the platform may adjust the user's VIP level, rate benefits, or calculation criteria.
